How frequently do I receive my box?
Depends on you. You can choose to receive them either bi-weekly or monthly.
I’m currently on a 4 weekly or 2 weekly plan: can I switch?
Yes, you can switch plans. Do this in the ‘Account’ section of the app.
How long do the wines last?
We developed a proprietary bottle filling technology that preserves wines for far longer than other similar products in the market. But organic chemistry being what it is, each wine has its own innate 'best before' date. We print this on each bottle. On average, however, we'd say the typical bottle will last for up to six weeks from dispatch.
How do I update my wine profile?
You can access your wine profile on our app, Vagabond Wines.
Under the subscriptions tab, you can update your frequency, amend your wine profile, pause and cancel your membership.
Can I change the wines that Vagabond has suggested to me?
Yes. Our suggestions are just that - suggestions - which we’ve made based on the taste preferences quiz you completed. You can edit your box contents at any time up until the cut-off point, which is at midnight on the Sunday before your box is due to be delivered.
How many Subscriptions can I have at the same time?
Are there any shipping costs?
No, there are no additional shipping charges.
Will I need to be in to receive my box?
Vagabond SOMM boxes are delivered as part of your regular mail via Royal Mail. The boxes can fit in some, but not all, letter boxes so it might be left outside. Our boxes are packed in an opaque parcel bag so passersby whon't be able to tell the contents.
The wrong wines have arrived, what do I do?
We’re so sorry to hear that. Please drop Joe a note at email@example.com, and we’ll look into it for you.
My box hasn't arrived, what do I do?
It can take Royal Mail up to 48 hours to deliver your box. If after two days past your most recent dispatch date you still haven't received your box, please email Joe (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we'll get right on it for you.
What is the monthly price of the subscription box?
The base price for a subscription is £25 per box, inclusive of VAT and delivery. However this may increase if wines are switched out with more premium options.
How should I store the wines?
Excellent question. We suggest you pop the white, rose and orange wines into the fridge to store. These are all best served chilled. So are some of our red wines - particularly the Vibrant ones. Other reds can be left at room temperature. But please, never store wines in a warm environment, in direct sunlight, adjacent to frequent vibrations, or in spaces with strong odours.
How do I keep track of which wines I like?
On the app, you can 'like' and 'dislike' wines by clicking on the thumb icon next to the wines in your box. You can then go to your 'liked wines' tab to see the full list of wines you have liked.
How do I get 15% Off on full bottles?
Once you are onboarded and your first box has been shipped, we will email you your code to use in our store. This code should be used at checkout and will give you 15% Off on all the wines in our list.
Can I get a discount if I refer a friend?
Yes! Refer a friend and we will refund you 30% of your next box once their's is shipped. Simply send us the name and email of the friend you have referred to email@example.com.
I really liked a particular wine, can I order more of it? Can I purchase it by the bottle?
First of all, we’re so glad to hear you enjoyed the wine! You can buy a regular sized bottle (usually 75cl) via the Vagabond app. Locate the wine (which will be in "my previous boxes" section) and click on the "buy" button, and the wine will normally be with you in 24 hours.
N/B We purchase our wines in small quantities, sometimes from small producers who only have a limited number of bottles, to keep our selection interesting. This means not all of our wines are available to buy by the bottle.
