Tasting: A perfect climate for cool-climate Shiraz coupled with north facing slopes enable the perfumed styles of Hawke's Bay to truly sing. Think dark berry, bitter chocolate and spice along with a touch of anise. Savoury, fine grained tannin come along for the ride to provide a truly Rhône-esque experience.
FYI: TeAwa no longer exists as a winery - which is a shame, as they were producing great wines.
