Tasting: One happy wine this. Strange as it sounds it's pretty hard to make a GOOD straightforward wine but this does it. Al fennel, lemon balm, apricot and apples. Soft-centred but with enough zippy citrus to keep it refreshing.
FYI: Ribeiro might well be filed under 'forgotten Spain' for many but vineyards, often on insanely steep river banks, have been here since the Romans.
